Minimum Setback Requirements

The following information summarizes the setback requirements for the construction of dwellings and accessory buildings in Sawyer County residential zone districts (i.e., Residential 1, Residential / Recreational 1 and Residential/Recreational 2).

Note: All setback distances are measured from the closest point of the structure (i.e., eave overhang, deck, balcony etc.) horizontally to the closest point of the required setback item (i.e., OHWM, wetland, lot line, road centerline etc.).
