The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. Motion by Vitcenda, second by Zietlow to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Motion by Riedmann, second by Bassett, to approve the November 2, 2007 minutes. Motion carried.
Audience Recognition
Reinemann requested an update on when boards would be put in the Little Round Lake Dam. Olson responded that a decision would be made in the spring based on water levels at that time. In addition to maintaining flows downstream, the 1941 ordered maximum water level must also be considered when making the decision to insert boards.

Review of Bids for 2003 In Rem Abstracting
Bids were received from Quality Title for $30 per parcel and Sawyer County Abstract & Title Co. for $25 per parcel. Motion by Vitcenda, second by Zietlow, to approve the bid for $25 per parcel from Sawyer County Abstract & Title Co. Motion carried.

County Work Report
Olson reported on the completion of a manure storage project and the establishment of the Northwest Wisconsin Water Resource Consortium. Discussion regarding the potential for a storm water ordinance and the affect on staffing.
Update on Little Round Lake Dam Project
Olson reported that Highway Commissioner Gedart and the engineers from SEH have been working on the permits for the CTH NN culvert project. The DNR will forward permit applications for the Little Round Lake Dam projects to the Voight Inter-Tribal Task Force. When copies of the permit applications are received they will be made available on the County website.

Motion by Ridemann, second by Vitcenda, to approve the monthly invoices presented. Motion carried.
Motion by Bassett, second by Zietlow, to adjourn. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
