Chairperson Bassett called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
Approval of Agenda
Moved by Mrotek, seconded by Bassett to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes
Moved by Bassett, seconded by Riedmann to approve minutes from the February 8, 2010 meeting. Motion carried.
Audience Recognition
Linda Zillmer discussed what New Paradigm Partners is working on in the Birchwood School District, as well as the upcoming Graziers Conference.

Agent Report – Kevin Schoessow, Ag Agent
Kevin Schoessow distributed and presented his report (on file). Schoessow asked committee members that were able to attend the WACEC webinar how many thought that tool was effective. Discussion.
Linda Zillmer requested that Kevin further explain irrigation training. Discussion.
Approval of Vouchers
Moved by Riedmann, seconded by Bassett to approve vouchers. Motion carried.
Approval of Out-of-County Travel
Moved by Bassett, seconded by Riedmann to approve out-of-county travel. Motion carried.
Any Other Business
Grants obtained.
Certificate of Appreciation to Shirley Riedmann for her years of service. Thank you!
Closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the Purpose of Conducting Performance Evaluation(s)
Motion by Bassett, seconded by Riedmann to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the Purpose of Conducting Performance Evaluation. Motion carried. Minutes on file at the County Clerks office. Moved by Bassett, seconded by Riedmann to return to Open Session. Motion carried.
