PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 8:30 in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main, Hayward Wisconsin before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee relative to the following proposals:

1)         Town of Winter – Town of Winter. The SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, S28, T 39N, R5W, Parcels .3.1, .3.2, 14.1, .14.2 and .15.5. Volume 596 Records page 325, Volume 843 page 587.  91.07 total acres. Property is zoned Agricultural One. Permit is desired for the three (3) year renewal of conditional use permit #96-020 for the location/operation of a non-metallic mineral extraction, including a rock crusher and bituminous plant, which was approved at public hearing on November 15, 1096 and renewed most recently on November 14, 2007.
