PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 8:30 in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main, Hayward Wisconsin before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee relative to the following proposals:

REZONE APPLICATIONS

None

CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATIONS

1)         Town of Couderay – Futurewood Corporation. The S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4, and the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4, and the SW 1/4, S19, T 38N, R 8W; Part of Parcels .7.1 and 8.1 and Parcels 9.1, 10.1, 11.1 and 12.1. Volume 426 Records page 72, Volume 467 page 322, Volume 525 page 9, Volume 591 page 51, Volume 608 page 134.  Approximately 210.17 acres. Property is zoned Forestry One. Permit is desired for the three (3) year renewal of conditional use permit #96-015 for the location/operation of a non-metallic mineral extraction and blasting, including a rock crusher and bituminous plant, which was approved at public hearing on August 16, 1996 and renewed most recently on October 19, 2007.
