1) Town of Bass Lake – Kreyer Family Trust c/o Todd Kreyer. Lots 1 & 2, being part of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4, S2, T 40N, R 9W; Parcel 5.4. Doc #221242 and #363579; CSM Volume 4 page 335. 6.92 acres total. Property is zoned Agricultural One. Permit is desired for moving on an existing hunting cabin of conforming dimensions, not being engaged in agricultural activities. The applicant is requesting the application be withdrawn.

Property is zoned Agricultural One. Permit is desired for the three (3) year renewal of conditional use permit #88-017 for the location/operation of a non-metallic mineral extraction, including a rock crusher and hot mix plant, which was approved at public hearing on July 15, 1988 and renewed most recently on March 16, 2007. The Town Board has approved the application.

Doc# 357253 69.86 total acres. Property is zoned Forestry One. Permit is desired for the location/operation of Birchwood Sportsmans Club trap, rifle range and clubhouse. The Town Board has tabled their decision with additional comments. This application has been tabled from the June 18th Public Hearing.

The Town Board has approved the application.
