To demonstrate our commitment to excellence, we will establish and administer proactive law enforcement initiatives and response methods to ensure a safe environment.  We will provide service with understanding, action with compassion, performance with integrity and law enforcement with vision.

While I consider the way I choose to conduct my private affairs a personal freedom, I accept the responsibilities for my actions, as well as inactions, while on-duty or off-duty, when those actions bring disrepute on the public image of my employer, my fellow deputies, and the law enforcement profession.
