I agree to:

• Provide routine maintenance once a day: check tire pressure, grease all zerk fittings (see labels on planter), check all moveable parts, replace missing nuts and bolts.  Notify the Sawyer County Land and Water Conservation Department, (715) 634-6463, of any other needed repairs.  Do not make any repairs to the machine without authorization from the Sawyer County Land and Water Conservation Department.
• Pay for any repairs for damage caused by my use.
• Return planter to Sawyer County Land & Water Conservation or next user in a timely manner.
