The agency has a wide range of enforcement tools in which to use to aid in the collection of child support. Authorized by the State and Federal government, our agency is able to use both judicial and administrative enforcement tools. In order for administrative tools to be used, the payer of child support has to meet the current lien docket threshold (currently $500.00). Once that happens, our agency can administratively:
- Suspend licenses, including professional, occupational, driver's and recreational
- Place a lien on your property, including homes and vehicles
- Deny your ability to obtain a passport
- Seize your financial accounts
